This was perfect! Just what I needed! Somehow the system locked me out, and I couldn't program anything in, and previous programs were not viewable! So this reset was was just great thank you for the help!
Turn the dial to advanced menu, it will display FAULT. Press the next button and the nature of the fault will display. Press the Next button and KEPP will display then press the up or down arrow to display CLEAR and press the "next" button. Repeat until all faults are cleared. If the fault cause is not repaired, it will throw the fault indication again on its' next scheduled watering event.

Decoders will not need to be reprogrammed if you have to replace your two-wire controller. However, if you have the older SLM48DM plug in module for the SL1600 you would have to reprogram the MV decoder from 99 to 97.
The controller will need to be replaced. You can ask your local sprinkler supplier for an SLCPSA (panel only), but I think you’ll find it more cost effective to replace the controller.
If you have the SLM48DM, you will connect the RED and BLACK wires to the BLACK program ports on the DM. Then press the SELECT button on the DM to change the status from RUN (green LED) to PGM (red LED). At this point you can use the UP/DOWN arrows to select the zone # and when ready press the program zone button. The STATUS LED should briefly light green and turn off and the decoder is now programmed. To confirm you can remove the decoder and reinsert the cables back in to the programming ports and the zone # will be displayed on the SLM48DM. Note, when programming multi station decoders it is only necessary to program the first output, the others are automatically sequence in order of output 1.
Disconnect the common wire and replace the fuse. If it remains intact you have a short on the system wiring that must be repaired. If the fuse blows immediately after replacement, this indicates a damaged motherboard and the controller will need to be replaced.

Hi Dave my panel is flashing fault what going on here I need your help sir?
How do you fix the flashing "fault"? It is next to a dead battery symbol and the battery was already replaced. It's still flashing.

Mine doesn’t have a Clear All. Only a Clear Prg. So now what do I do?
Perform the manual reset procedure. You will need a 9V battery for this process.

My controller fuse goes out, even immediately after replacing with a new one.

Mine goes from Clear Program to Wireless. There is no Clear All
