In my professional security career, I have seen that women can often be more effective in certain situations. Many aspects of security is diffusing a situation before it escalates, I think women can often be highly effective. I've worked in hospitals and tech companies, typically our team included men and women. Btw, while Ms Alba is now in her mid-40's, when she was in this film she was significantly younger.
