We have about 50-60 people in rotc which is not too big and I like the size. I remember we were doing a FTX with another school and they had like 200-300 people in rotc.
The school im attending in a week only has about 25 people enrolled in ROTC not including freshmen, not sure if it is counting affiliated schools but feels small anyways. Any suggestions for ACFT, not the typical fit type but started working on the 2mile run and haven't touched any of the equipment for SPL or SDC before.
Hi! I recommend always running 2 miles AFTER your lifting work outs to simulate the fatigue you will have when you take the test, since it is the last event. For the SDC start doing heavy leg lifts like barbell squats.
Did you go to Morocco between your first and second year or are you going Summer of Sophomore year? Did you already have Arabic training to get selected for Project GO?
Thats great! Good Luck! Just stay positive, try to get to know as many people as you can (your class and upperclassmen too), and absorb all the info they give you.
Thanks for sharing. This was really informative.

Air Force ROTC is not as physically demanding as Army, but you need to be smart and keep your gpa up.
