Yokohama is always fun to visit! The Cup Noodle museum and bazaar are so interesting to see. How about a summertime visit here to show us the Pikachu parade?😊
Rion, thanks for the yokohama tour! We plan on coming up soon. Here in Okinawa, everyone has a car because we don't have a train system and the bus system isn't that good. Another option you have is car rental. That ways you don't have the monthly car expenses, and can rent a car when you need it.
I rode the Cosmo Clock 21 in 2018! The cost definitely cheaper then! The amusement park area was pretty quiet too when my partner and I visited. Your Rion Lion is very cute! I love your drawing on the cup noodle!
I still have my own created Cup Noodle from 2016! (Souvenir of my first trip to Japan😂!) I lined up with many high school students for the shao long bao at that food stall. Natsukashi! Thank you for bringing me back to Yokohama.🦁
I like your Yokohama videos in any season. It is such a nice but more relaxed and quite peaceful large city at least during the working days. The nudle museum was really suprisingly interesting place with so much to experience. I remember your gondel ride in the sunset. It was unforgetable, although I simpatize with you all the time due to your hight issue. Anyhow, Jokohama must be both a nice place to live and to visit. An ideal 1 day trip from Tokyo! Looking forward to next adventures, however, during the rainy season you might consider some home contents. It would be interesting, too. GAAOO!!!
Love your videos! I was in Japan not so long ago and went to Yokohama Chinatown. Great food trip area. Tip eating Xiao Long Bao - if u dont have a spoon, bite the top bit and drink the broth first then eat the rest of the dumpling. If you have a spoon, rip out the pastry a bit with your chopstick and let the broth ooze out of the spoon then drink. This will avoid u burning the inside of your mouth.

Thank you so much Rion, let's keep walking to Cup Noodle Factory, Noodle Bazaar, Cosmo World and Chinatown 🤝!
Another great video!! I have seen the noodle museum videos before but I really liked your tour. You dream to goto space some day, but you are living many of our dreams Rion (going to Japan)!
Sorry. Missed watching your videos for the last 3 weeks. I was in Tokyo and Yokosuka. Got lucky and visited Disney Sea on 5/20 and got to enter Fantasy Springs for a preview day. So lucky and enjoyed the rides! Disney outdid themselves. Next level. Great video as always and I need to catch up with the rest of your videos I missed. Next time you’re in World Porters, try the Leonard’s Malasadas. They are the best! Really popular in Hawaii and been around since I was a young kid which is a long time ago! Look forward to more videos.
I had been to Yokohama thrice (3 times) and yet to visit the noodle museum I was out of time. I hope to make it there on my next (fourth) visit though. I also like to point out that you missed visiting a really place - the Yokohama Port Museum at the Nippon Maru Memorial Park, a place I highly recommend to both students and adults. Aside the port history what most interesting (at least to me) is the be able to visit the 1930s first Nippon Maru ship and have a feel of how living onboard and ship-sailing was back then. Hope you have time to visit them next time and enjoyed it as much as I did (which was why I didn't have time to step into the noodle museum... sobs~). Still, thanks so much for doing this video about your version of Yokohama where I get see the noodle museum especially and having me even wanting to visit it even more. I have always and fondly love Yokohama, because my very first arrival to Japan was not to the airport but to Yokohama port from a cruise ship.
You're supposed to bite the top off the soup bun and sip the soup before eating. I learned the hard way when I was a kid! Yokohama seems like a fun alternative to Tokyo. The Noodle Factory is another bucket list item!
Maybe you can ask the establishment for special permission to film in the onsen very early in the morning when no one has entered yet! Either way looking forward to the next video 😃
Hi Rion! My mama and I are so happy you went to Yokohama! ❤ She's a resident of Yokohama and I'll be staying in Sakuragicho for about a week so I can visit my family and friends during my trip in less than 5 months away! After that, I'll be staying in Tokyo! I'm definitely going to Chinatown and Minato Mirai too ❤ Thank you so much for the video and I really hope I too can run into you cuz my mama would love to see you as well! 😍🌈
Rion, another great video. Looking forward to my next visit to Japan and Yokohama. Another save to my Japan travel playlist. Let's keep walking........
Just came from Japan last week Sunday one of my favorite places we stayed was Yokohama. Was there for 3 days no large crowds of people, barley no tourist lots to do malls right next door to one another loved it. was able to stay at the mitsui garden hotel Yokohama very nice hotel with great views of Yokohama
Always love your videos Rion! Thank you for your explanations and walkthroughs. I do hope that one day you will be able to try authentic Laksa - it would be very different from what you had eaten!
Hi Rion, I'm your viewer from Malaysia. So glad that u chose laksa, and enjoyed your meal. We have a variety of laksa in our country with different states having different tastes. Hope u can visit some day and enjoy our delicious food here. Keep up the good work
Rion, it's a really nice video. Unfortunately I have missed Yokohama in my 4 previous visits. However I will be visiting again next year and will surely visit Yokohama. It seems a really nice and not sooo crowded place. Being a Vegetarian, food may be limited for me but still can enjoy the atmosphere. I like your very pleasant manner of presentation. Keep it up.
I was just in Tokyo 2 weeks ago and went to Shin-Yokohama to go to the Ramen Museum and then over to Yokohama to go to the Cup Noodle Museum and the Red Brick Warehouse. I took the Air Cabin on the way back to the station because I was so tired of walking. It was my first full day back in Japan.
Other videos are informational; your video is inspiring! ✨ Because you’ve introduced so many different kinds of cup noodles in your past videos (the spicy ones are my fav 😂), I’ve started to eat and try new ones more, and I was wondering if this museum was worth visiting cuz time is limited. 🍜 Sometimes I’m satisfied with just traveling virtually through you, but this time, I’m definitely adding this day trip to Yokohama to the itinerary. I wanna try all of the noodles at the bazaar! 🌏 I wanna eat sheng jian bao (pan-fried pork buns) now, too! 😋 What, there’s a seafood version?? 🤯 P.S. That Rion Lion is 🔥😂👍🧡
This Rion fella is growing on me, his personality is golden. But, I really feel like we can't get to know Rion, since he seems to only have one mood, which is joy. I'm wish I can see his other emotions too.
I'm currently playing Lost Judgment game these days and I'm so happy to see that Yamashita Park looks exactly like its counterpart in the game ! When I walk through the park at night in the game I already think the port is really beautiful, and it really is in real life~
i went to yokohama last year using a minatomirai pass with gundam factory bundle! went almost the same route as this vid, liked the nissan gallery and tried bun at ampanman bakery
I love Yokohama. It's like Tokyo light. If I really want to go anywhere in Tokyo, I just have to ride the Toyoko line to Shibuya and find my way from there with all the other lines.
I love Yokohama! I visit twice a year ❤ it’s lovely and much more laid back than Tokyo. I love the malls there! I always do so much shopping and eat so much haha 😍🥰 minatomirai area is so beautiful. I would recommend anyone to walk around minatomirai at night in the warm months to get a snack from a conbini or restaurant. You can feel the breeze coming from the bay, and it’s soooo lovely at night ❤❤❤ last time I was in Yokohama (June) a fire broke out in China town and spread to several buildings. There were fire fighters everywhere! It was crazy and scary! I don’t think anyone was hurt, thank goodness.
Hi Rion. I did heard about A-Pan man when i grew up in China during the early 90s. We called him Super Bread Man. :) Thank you for sharing. I am planning another trip to Japan in late September til early October. I am planning two routes. West Japan route and Tokyo greater area route. Thank you for posing all these Japan videos. I just watch you Hakone video. I can't decide should i just go to Mt. Fuji or Hakone. :)
You did not need to buy the Cup Noodle cup, with a ticket the staff will give it to you. The vending machine is for people without the tickets! Just a tip for anyone else visiting. Great video - my favourite city in the world! I like the non-tourist atmosphere!
Probably people who have Lawson Ticket, they don't need to buy a cup. But if you buy the ticket at the counter in the museum, you need to buy one I think🤔? Arigatooo Ganbarimaaasu😆
Hi Rion! Thanks for the tour of Yokohama :D Have you heard of the magical girl anime Tonde Buurin where a young girl turns into a pig superhero? That was my jam when I was a kid! I loved it so much that I still remember it fondly so many years later

I know that in much of the United States almost half or more than half depending what part than United States is obese and people even use their car to drive to the banks or to buy fast food or to pick up their medicine without getting out of the car.
Ah Yokohama my favorite place to visit
