You should do 4 videos making all of the food you prepare on a weekly basis. The one for the last week of the month would be the most interesting plus all of the extra meals you make for other people.
I am genuinely flabbergasted. We spend weekly $200-$300 a week on a family of 4 😟 I mean including household items. I can meal plan for around $100-$150 then add diapers and household items. Even as a single married couple we would manage about $400 a month before inflation. We are trying to cut down a bit at the moment, but still I couldn’t see anything less then $200 a week. Maybe because I’m in CA 🤷🏻♀️
It took quite a bit of maneuvering to get there for sure. We definitely spent more single than we do now. We also cloth diaper so we were able to cut that cost as well. My original goal was just trying to plan for one month shopping trips and once I was able to do that then I kept cutting the cost down gradually until we couldn’t make it work.
I have another in the works, we are currently down to $250 a month for a family four. Is there any part in particular that would be helpful to know more about?
@@l.l.Robertson wow that's amazing! I'm really looking forward to seeing your next video. I appreciated that you included the meals you were planning on making with the monthly haul. Really helpful to me. We're a family of 5 trying to lower our grocery budget
I’m glad I found your channel. Even if our food choices are different from yours, I still found this to be inspiring. We are heading into retirement and looking to greatly reduce our grocery bill. I’m also an Aldi fan.
Wow I love Aldi my budget is 500 per month and I go weekly . Dog food pasta and diapers from Walmart and shampoo, detergent, soap, powder milk and toilet paper from Sam's Club. I WOULD LIKE TO REDUCE MY BUDGET TO $400. Will be cool that you can do a video doing your grocery, and cooking weekly.
