Very low % of BHA once a week is ok to begin with and then you can build up according to your skin’s tolerance. This is a good AM routine. But you shouldn’t be exfoliating every day as that will cause irritation, especially early on. Probably better to do a treatment in the evening as some ingredients can become deactivated by the sun, and further cause burning/ irritation.

basically you need to remember thin to thick.....so cleanse>tone>moisturiser>spf protection
