Beautiful Turbo!! One word: Quickjacks!! If I had to do this with my 997, I would never do anything😂. I got mine on Black Friday from Home Depot for a steal. Costco has them around Black Friday for a good price too. Faster, easier, safer, pricier(??, those Esco jack stands are pricey, too. So for what you get, may be worth it).
@@K1dPhresh1 I have definitely considered quickjacks! This usually only takes me about 10-15 minutes to do when I’m not filming it. If I ever get taller garage ceilings in a different house I would just get an actual lift.
Ah yes!! That’s the end game for us all isn’t it?😂 I’m a habitual procrastinator song had to do this I would literally never get anything done. The Quickjacks give me just that much more impetus to move.
Nice!! Just in case, have you try to turn the jack pad? Mine is very similar and the pad remains in the jack point...also I have the cross beam and works well tonlift the entire rear
It would be nice to have a cutout under those rear wheel wood stands you built that you could slip the floor jack under and jack up the stand and rear tire at the same time and then slip the fixed jack under the rear jack point. Maybe design something using steel instead of wood for the extra strength required due to the cutout.
@@Stuttgart_Spotlight I've had my Quickjack for a while and have had no problems. Get a set of the red lifting pads that twist into the mounting points. It makes using the Quickjack a lot faster to set up. I can only use that because my beam height is 10 ft.

Yes! Turning the jack pad does help is stay in the jack point.

Get a QuickJack car lift. You've got tons of room.
@@sciflyer67 I want a lift but my ceilings are too low imo. I don’t love quick jacks, seen too many issues with them.

@@Stuttgart_Spotlight Agree. Unless youre using it near monthly and keeping track and proper care of all the hydraulic fluid, why complicate things.
You have a garage in your garage?
Haha kind of..
shhhh...that a lots of work just trying to put in the jack stand.
Its really not that bad! Takes about 10-15 minutes.
