I have a John Deere 50 and I don't go that pushy on the clutch and I'm only 18 and it's the third John Deere I've driven and the other two is the John Deere 60 and the John Deere G and they are really easy to drive and I thought myself how to drive them even though I'm only 18 years old after growing up playing a Xbox all my life and now stepping into the antique tractor world of tractors

Well she's definitely a Show Tractor! Bet that beautiful JD Model A ain't seen workin' dirt in 10 years. Kids, this is what happens when you wake up early on Sunday morning and mix Vodka with your coffee instead of Milk with your Raisin Brand! I love your video! Took me right back to my Grandpa and his JD Model A plowin' his Oklahoma spread in th '60's.
There’s an old saying, respect your equipment, and it will respect you! You take care of your equipment and don’t do anything stupid with it! This guy clearly has not heard that! There’s no way in hell I would let him near any of my equipment! No way in hell!
Loved this JD Action! Was worried Chuggie didn't mean 2 pick reverse around 1:40! Knew from frame 0:00 he wanted to pop a wheelie! Even though I work here in Los Angeles, the "Johnny Popper" 2-stroke sound of his '52 JD sure takes me back to my Grandpa's Muskogee Oklahoma Farm in the '60s. He had a Model A Narrow Wheel JD, but I don't know the year. He was hand cranking it to start (I sho remember that!) & cussing like crazy! Another neighbor Farmer had put an electric start on it by 1994 when I showed up for a Family Reunion. You guys brought these memories sweetly back to me today. Thanks!
First of all, I love that there's a license plate on it. I wish I could put one on my tractor. But goodness gracious! Does he even know that's a clutch lever?!? He treats it almost as if it's a second gear selector. It's an awesome tractor. I would say it's in great shape, but I'm not too sure how accurate that statement would be after being driven like that. Before it was driven in this video it prolly was in great shape. Please never treat a tractor like that. They are fun machines to operate, but they must be respected. Treat them wrong and you can face some serious consequences. They are mechanical oxen and will stop for nothing. Be more careful next time, and please remove the bucket from the air cleaner before you drive it!! I understand the point of the video, but please, be careful next time!
This man's skills with the hand clutch are sorely lacking, or he's an idiot and is showing off for the camera. Either way, this A deserves more respect. I've got to say, though, it sure is a fine looking John Deere A.
That poor tractor! People like him shouldn't be allowed to destroy irreplaceable old farm machinery for the fun of it. Buy an old beater car if you want to destroy something, but please, please leave the old tractors alone.
Baler? That's not working it that hard! That's continuous work to, not sharp jabs. That's what fatigues and ruins metal bearings. Continuous stress is nowhere near as bad as shear stress. I'm surprised he didn't kill a couple gears in the transmission.
Im thinking a couple Miller lites were chuggied before filming lol!
I think it was the whole box!!
His hat tells us everything
wish i had that tractor i would sure treat it better that old man is crazy
I agree. Why disrespect the old A. Treat it like you would your grandma.
Nice tractor with a nut behind the wheel.
Ya that Engine shouldn't sound or be back firing like that
Carb needs ajusted dumass to
Lmao
That's what you get when you have a city boy on a tractor...
Bet you don’t even know how to drive a John Deere
Andrew Slifka we have several and it’s not hard....
Yea u are so right
As a country girl I'd show that guy how to drive it for real!!!

That is one awesome tractor! I love the response it has! Super strong engine
respect the tractor please this is hard to watch
I'll try to remember that face of the guy I would never buy a tractor from...
I thought he was going to hit that garage
God he's doing that on purpose!! Once in a while you will come across a really grabby clutch, but damn that's nuts to do on purpose repeatedly!!
A tractor with a soul.
Hope he puts it thru the garage doors 😆
The throttle is the top lever. The shutters are on the bottom.

no hes just dumping the clutch for no reason
I remember how much work the A was put through. It sure was a lot better than working with horses.
I can't stand watching this😢😢😢
What a dumbass
Why?

Zeke Fisher I can see why
I’m surprised there was anything left of it to buy after it was treated like this.
At-least you saved it from this maniac.
Goodlord poor tractor!
How to kill a clutch 101
He's not doing the transmission any favors either!
He is also wearing out the clutch too
What's this guy on ??? And I don't mean the old Deere he's abusing ?
Looks like he is trying to do a burnout with that "A" !!!
This guy is insanely reckless.
Definitely under the influence of some sort of substance.
Poor tractor, at times the tractor sounded awful. It pains me to see people treat their belongings like so. Especially a John Deere A.
Ya she's missing and knocking bad so sad such a lovely beast 💔
@@neilmurphy845 The A stopped production in 51'. So it can't be a 52' But it differently doesn't sound good.

Um what. The model A was definitely made up until 1952. So it can be a ‘52.

Why does he keep opening and closing the shutters ?
I think he made it the choke.
someone show him how to drive
I thought he was going to back into the garage
I feel bad for the tractor!!!!
Never ever pop a wheelie on a tractor. If you do, it could possibly tip over on you and crushed you and can possibly kill you.
Love you're video and tractors,go John Deere!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂
dont know how to drive it i take it
What a inconsiderate person.
Would you be interested in selling this tractor
At 2:15 he launched that tractor down the road
The flywheel sounds loose and he needs to learn how to run a hand clutch
He tried starting the damn thing in gear too 😂
And it sounds awful
These are Tough old tractors that can Handle a lot of Abuse.......................!
Very nice!

Yup and when the rod goes thru the block id buy it off him super cheap!
je trouve que c'est un manque de respect de maltraiter ainsi le matériel
That’s nothing what he is doing, pull a baler with wagon behind all day and work it hard for 45 years straight
