    Listened to a recent "Iron Culture" with the two Erics (Helms and Trexler). They talked about the latest research in protein for hypertrophy, how plant protein is not 'inferior', little benefit to more than 1.6 g / kg, leucine not as important as once thought, timing not that important. By the way, they mentioned your podcast favourably.

    Could you provide the studies regarding meat and white meat increasing apoB? Never found one where the macros and kcal are accounted for

      Fish 🐟 can be laden full of micro plastics and mercury...sardines and anchovies are typically low in mercury they claim..idk...just sharing info...also good is some shellfish i believe
