Ma'am I have been suffering from chronic diarrhea since COVID-19 lockdown and I was in depression and anxiety during that period due to personal reason...I have gone through all medical tests including colonoscopy and the report is normal. Doctor diagnosed me with IBS but I don't experience any pain(important symptom) can I have ibsd without abdominal pain .pls help 🙏🏻🥺
Out of all the symptoms I explained ,the major symptom that's related to IBS is having abnormal bowel ,you need not have abdominal pain in IBS ,to differentiate IBS & IBD ,you can get fecal calprotectin test done
@@guthealthsimplifiedMa'am I surfed through some articles and there is a term called functional diarrhea in which there is absence of pain with rest of the symptoms present... Not experiencing pain seperates functional diarrhea patients from ibsd...pls clarify 🙏🏻
