Normally make these when I go fishing but I leave out the mayo and onion and also use a food processor to get a really nice smooth texture that way I don't use milk, will try ur version next time I have a backyard bbq...
Great recipe I omit butter and use milk and mayo...I also use garlic powder. Of you use a hand mixer and whip it for half minute or so it becomes light and fluffy to pipe into puff shells

Everyone their own version off making cheese paste for eg.I put 2 grated cloves of garlic instead of onions...
sounds interesting with the cloves.
You should try adding finely cut slices of cucumber in it on the cheese paste...it is soo tasty and with a crunch too,lemme know if you like it
