    GURGAON IS NEXT EVERGRANDE . CRASH OF 30% is for sure. Now house in Australia or Europe is much cheaper than Gurgaon. Buy home get Citizenship also, combined cheaper than a flat in Gurgaon.Why builders r so keen to sell inventory so fast, if prices r still to rise??

      It depends , person to person mindset . There are people who might like your way and also India is a developing country .moreover ,Australia and European county are developed and scope of capital gain in minimum but for Pr or citizenship people might do it but sir , I love my country and I’ve seen a great potential in it .
