This is some real talk here.... I'm guilty of giving in to the no contact method and trust when you go back you will feel worthless and THEY will feel better like they knew u would cave Don't give in y'all!!

The ‘No Contact Method’ is when you get to see people’s true colors. First they’re sorry for whatever they’ve done or failed to do. Then they’re saying what they think you want to hear. Then you get the angry texts/calls/messages. I’ve been getting phone calls and texts non stop. Each and every time its “why are YOU this” and “YOU’RE doing that.” Never any accountability on their end smh time to simply block and delete. Over it ✌🏽

often times people confuse ghosting (temporary ignoring them) with no contact (absolute, permanent non acknowledgement in any capacity).

I did the "No Contact." Because my "friend" was pushing me away. So, I found dating on Facebook and it's fun! I'll never go back to the one who pushed me away! There's so many guys who are giving me compliments! The other "friend" NEVER complimented my pictures. So, I just gave him what he wanted, silence and freedom.

Hi Chazz! Your videos are really valuable! My crush still rejects me and try to make a friend. I made a few 'no contact' periods during last months. Each time she returns to contact with me, meeting me, then starts a romance, after which she rejects me and say 'only friends'. On the second hand, I can clearly see she doesn't meet anybody else, and she has kind of obsession about me. My words seem saint to her, she seems to love me over everything, but when it's okay, she keeps f*ng everything up, starts making me annoyed or sad, telling me unkind things and provoking to finish everything. After no contact period, she starts the romance from the beginning... I will try to use your advices and be so passive that she totally breaks herself and give me the payoff. Thank you for this video!

Hello: I know this may seem like common sense but can you give advice on how to be nice and patient with a guy that you like. Like, things that most guys would consider characteristics of a nice woman. I've been told often that I'm spoiled and have a bad attitude and I'm used to guys pretty much doing what I want and not giving anything in return. No contact is no contact unless the person dumped you don’t contact them. But if the person dumped you give you the LETS BE FRIENDS SPEECH. Tell them you don’t wont to be FRIENDS I want to be more make your intentions clear by telling them how you feel them. Tell them if you give me a call if you change your mind and WALK AWAY AND LOOK BACK. When they do reach out to you you have to assume the reason why they contact you reach you is because they want to get back together. If when they do reach out to you then set a date to hangout have fun and hook up. Don’t take them out or spend money on them invite them to you’re apartment for dinner. Tell them a bring a bottle of wine 🍷. Don’t spend waste time talking on the phone for 5 hours get to the point and set a date to see them. But if they tell you I told you won’t to be friends tell them I told you I don’t won’t to be friends I want more I want you romantically give me call when you change your mind cut it short. They either not going to contact you again or they going to contact you and make a date. Don’t be no ones gay male girlfriend or therapist.

My strategy is to be the best me. Im doing no contact and the person isnt contacting me. Theres alot of factors but thats the gist of it. I cant give good love because They left the house, the state , the planet almost. Im giving them space to do them while I do me but I have a fear they will not ever see me improving and getting better. what do i do.
scrappy doo Do nothing. They've moved on, so you should too. The idea is to know your worth and leave yourself open to someone better. Your improvements should be made for yourself, foremost, and the next person to come who sees them and values them - the person who will know how to treat you.

I was in a situation where I wanted a relationship but it was just a friends with Benefits only for one month I had to cut him off because he was triggering all kind of trauma and upset within me no point in doing the no contact method is better if I just completely get rid of that person permanently

HUSTLE MUSCLE You're going to need to draw the line in the sand - create boundaries. Idea: Coparent vs. Intimate Relationship. Both require different actions. Another thought: No Contact is employed best when you don't have feelings and no longer want that person. Check your motive, as he said in beginning of video.
