(If I understand your question correctly) After I unroll it and put it up I have to go through and fluff it up and adjust the greenery pieces where spaces are from being in a certain position for some time. If you kinda scrunch it with your hands in areas that are bare, those green parts will adjust I hope that helps! :)

Yes! It is strong enough for a neon light - when I did it I tied the light to the pole I think

I just bought some from Walmart! You can buy a larger roll of it and cut it :)
