Nice simple conversion. Don’t you worry about that insulation turning into a sponge? I used to truck between Tacoma and Alaska and condensation that turned to ice was a big problem in my semi cab. I kept windows cracked at night to help with that, but it’s hard to convince yourself it’s the right thing to do when it’s minus 45 outside.
This rig actually came to us with the subfloor and ceiling already installed... both were insulated with havelock wool.. not my first pick for insulation, but itll get the job done when a diesel heater is your heat source!
That is very nice. Well planned and executed. How many hours of labor did it take? Also, the cost of all the materials?

Hey looks awesome. Did you insulate the ceiling?

Drool and a howl!
Thank you!
Great job! My only concern would be having to turn the bench into the bed halfway every time I wanted something from the cooler.
…..and love the hoodie; do you sell them?
not yet but we may start soon :)
Very nice
Have you or Chuck ever built a conversion for someone in a wheelchair?
