Hi- for the example you are demonstrating in this video- is it only available for Google sheets or can it also be downloaded to excel if need be? How would you compare your product to quickbooks for example? All of the functions you describe would suit my new business thank you!
Hi, Yes it is available both for Excel and Google Sheets and can be downloaded and used in Excel. Only Accounts Receivables Tracker can be used only in Google Sheets.
In comparison to Quickbooks, my easy Business Bookkeeping spreadsheet is far easier to use. There is no complicated chart of accounts to set up. I have a question. I know that liabilities are shown in the balance sheet but I wanted to know if the payment for the those liabilities has to be under cost of goods sold or operating expenses. If you’re paying in parts, would you just put the amount every month and then in the balance sheet, you put the remainder?
An example would be equipment taken on credit
Hi, thank you for your question. This type of capital expense would not be shown in operating expenses or cost of goods sold. It should be maintained in a separate sheet/tab. I can create a tab like this to track capital expenses.

@@arshadhoosain8468 Cash and Bank balances are assets and are also Balance Sheet items. If you want to track these balances then you can have a bank reconciliation statement with a running balance that would get deducted anytime you made a payment.

Hi except for the Accounts Receivables spreadsheet all the other spreadsheets in the bundle will work with both Excel and Google Sheets. The Accounts Receivables and Payables spreadsheet will only work in Google Sheets.

I sell my products in two states, each with a different sales tax rate. Can I customize the sheet to provide two options for charging sales tax based on the state?

where do i put direct bank deposit ?
Hi, if you have received income via a direct bank deposit, you would put it in the Income tab as an income transaction
