Someone worked out the other day, if we take all the money if irregular expenditure, fraud and corruption over the past ten years, put it into good use , we would have had a unemployment rate of less than 6%, meaning that poverty would have given a massive blow
There should be a tender call for general maintenance. Being of public interest, there should be balance sheets published on all governmunt expenditure.
