Hi Terry, Sorry you were misinformed. The new TerraTrike E.V.O. will be in stock soon. I have update our staff on this. Please contact us at 800-233-4340 if you have further questions.
There is hope! I may have to transition to a trike and it is wonderful to see a pedal assist...most of the e trikes seem to focus on the throttle...Might as well buy a car if you're not going to pedal.
The Bosch is a great system! However, even our throttle versions are pedal assist up to 20 mph. The throttle is good for getting through a busy intersection quickly, or helping weaker riders get up a hill. It even helps riders with disabilities.
Hi Edward, Yes, TerraTrike is coming out with a Bosch Retro fit Kit for Rovers. I have some on order. Call me at 800-233-4340 ext 302 to reserve one. Jessie
What is the battery voltage? 400 watt hours seems a bit lite. What is the range? Watt rating on the motor? Name and grade of the shifters? Style of brakes. Honestly you spent too much time showing us a fairly standard display and no time discussing specs and components.
Hi Ed, We try to make these videos easy for the general consumer to understand how the trikes work. Perhaps we should do a more in depth review. The battery is 36 volts, the maximum range is 80 to 100 miles in Eco mode (that can be affected by hills, headwinds, rider weight), 250W motor, the older ones have an 8 speed Microshift drivetrain, and the newer ones have a Microshift 10 speed drivetrain. It has Avid disc brakes. Complete specs can be found on our site at hostelshoppe.com/collections/electric-assist-trike/products/r3-ttr9-rambler-evo-bosch .
I was just at the store and the sales guy said the only Trike with Bosch e assist was the cat trike...

Thank you for the quick review. Helpful, especially knowing there is a walk mode. I wish you were closer to where I live.
Glad you found it beneficial!

Yes, I did. One of the least expensive complete e-assist trikes on the market.
Yep. Most trikes cost as much as a semi-decent used car.
