Brian is such a humble guy. He doesn't even wait for the build-up, the intro and applause. Just comes out right on the heels of Jardin, almost together. Leaves little time for fanfare, and then he gets right to it. Always a cool guy. I would love to meet him.
I got to meet and great Brian and Al when they played Pet Sounds concert in Bowling Green Ky. last August. Brian kept staring at me all through the show, I was front row center, at the end of the show he walked over and handed me his personal set list. Something I will cherish for the rest of my life.
Get that list laminated so it will be preserved properly!!! What a great way to bring out the group, and it shows that the band's knowledge of rock n roll really is deep .
No comparison! Brian’s band and music is all about professional, excellent musicians and vocalist, trying their hardest to make those classic songs, sound as close to the recording as they can! I saw them 2007 one of the best sounding concerts, I’ve heard, and I’ve seen a lot of the best? Mike Love? He’s a egotistical minor musician, going through the motions, to make money, with a band of hacks!

Just hope something happens for the 60th anniversary sometime with everyone.

I was at Berklee in Boston. Helped Beach Boys set up for the concert. Partied at the Hotel all nite. I970. I was 19.
