Body wall glitch only happen on specific walls, here is all the places I've found that are useful: ua-cam.com/video/jk4Hf47447w/v-deo.html, as for the frozen mop, that glitch happens randomly(as far as I know) when you use a bucket with detergent in it basically rng.
