2. the galaxy quantum 2 isn't that better
The Quantum has a better camera at 64MP then the FE, but the FE has a better snapdragon processor and some other diffrences, but they're kinda are the same phone but slightly different.
Personally, I would go with the s20 FE because of the better processor, the better price(where I am) and I like the look better on the FE than the quantum
@@SAM-is5uo no, the s20 FE has an 865 chip(the 5g version) and the quantum has a 855+ chip
Help! what is the feature that used a motion sensative color change to the lock screen!? It seems the internet has been whiped clean of that feature. An update removed it. Cant find out why or if i can get it back. Please help

@@samuelsarfati9314 I just got mine and its really impressive. If you charge it for 1 hour and about 20 minutes its fully charged and lasts for at least 16 hours and it is honestly amazing.
I love mine. God gave it to me. So thankful, so grateful, so appreciative to GOD for that.

Not everyone has Samsung's one ui 2.5. I had the s8+ before this phone. The s8 stopped getting updates about a year ago.

@@sherrimoquin5553 Hit the letter "G" then click on more. From there click on "Customize Widget" and there is where you can pick whatever color you heart desires

As a fellow S20 FE owner, I guess I'm somewhat of a geek to know all of this before watching the video. Thank you, Sakitech, very much for the information nonetheless. There are 2 things that I don't see many tech reviewers out there talk about in Samsung/this phones. The first one is the ability to send SOS messages to some contacts by pressing the side button multiple times, which also comes with the option to send someone a text, call them, attach pictures, and audio recording. This is very helpful for the elderly or people facing risks in their line of work. It's under Advanced features, called Send SOS messages. The second one is even better in my opinion, is the Accessibility Menu, but not the floating one as found in iOS and others. It is the Accessibility Menu under Installed Services in the Accessibility setting tab which will give you a button on the navigation bar. This is so helpful because you can increase/decrease volume, brightness, launch some shortcuts, use power options, and most importantly turn off the screen. No more need for a physical button when you use this hidden built-in screen off control combined with the double-tap to wake feature.

I've owned nothing but Galaxies, from the S1, 3, 5, 7, 9+, 10+ [twice], and now the 20FE and LOVE their personalization features on each. My point is, I STILL found this video helpful! There were a couple of features I had no idea even existed! Thank you!! One little "critique" is how most, if not all, the features you showed can be applied to most of Samsung's phones, so I'm curious why you titled this video for only the FE?? Honestly, I feel like you're doing yourself a disservice by limiting your potential audience -haha. In any event, it's a great tutorial! Thanks again!! 👍
My first cell phone was a handset with a car battery, then the infamous brick...My Startac was just fantastic compare to that, just to tell you that most the options he showed, are NOT available on my brand new Samsung S20 FE 5G...so I guess there are different options even on the same exact model, USA vs Canadian edition...I would love to disable the left screen of the home screen, but doesn't work!

I'm planning on getting either a s10plus or a s20fe, which one do you think I should go for?
Also does the s20fe screen look good for a 1080p? And does it look any different from the s10plus screen?
@@d.d2062 im using S10+ for more than 7 months now. It really a good phone with amazing experience. In my opinion, the s20 fe is slightly better in terms of performance but it has plastic back instead of glass in s10+. For me s10+ design is better and it looks fantastic!

@@samuelsarfati9314 idk but i feel like mine drains fast and charges slow but maybe its bc i use my phone too much but i dont get why it charges so slow when im using samsung's adaptive fast charging brick and wire which comes with the phone

@JDCamaro1639 - deleting July 27 yeah you need a 25watt travel adaptor from samsung if you want fast charging

This was outstanding. I was trying to decide whether to go big with the S20 or the S20FE. The one thing I saw repetitively on other reviews was the constant right swipe to the hello Samsung page. You're the ONLY ONE who knew that this could be disabled. I had several say that it was very irritating to see it but it was tolerable. You knew how to disable it. That sold me on the S20FE. Thank you very much. You saved me about $400.!

My current phone is a S20 fe and have had it for a couple years now and was actually looking on the web for some closeup photography tips when I ran across your video. I decided to watch it all the way through to see if there was something I missed. Well...... what do you know - there were MANY things I was not aware of and used your tips to set the phone to run better for my needs. And some of the things I didn't know about, like the silencing the phone ring with your palm, and the double tap to wake the phone up or reverse it - they were ALREADY set to do that and I didn't know that. THANK YOU so much for this video!!!

Good morning, Samuel. I keep my phone on mid- range/ conserve battery mode. I work 10 hours a day., so it sits in my pocket most of the day. When I lay down at 10pm, the battery is still better than 50%. I'm very impressed.

@@Frank-dq8kf It's blazing fast even with Exynos chipset. Either ways, both the 990 and 865 are flagship chipsets and the 120hz is incredibly fast. It will hopefully stay fast for years to come. My S10 has the Exynos 9820, which is actually sliiightly weaker than the Snapdragon 855, but it's still super fast, snappy, zero lag at all

Saki: Have you ever done a video on how to import Microsoft Exchange contacts to a Samsung phone?
Samsung seems to be pushing the Outlook app, which is cool, but if Outlook contacts don't get on the phone itself, they won't appear for texting and calling.
Wow! So much stuff I didn't know I needed before! This was really helpful! I did have one lingering question: Seeing as the FE doesn't have the curved edges, I wasn't sure if this phone also had the people edge panel still available. Does it?
it has edge panel. Heck, even Galaxy A51 has it! It's a very nice feature, I use it all the time to get to my always used apps.

I'd totally vouch for it! With that said, everyone's different. My husband finds it kind of slow, but he's coming off of the latest iPhone. It'll take him a while to get used to the Android operating system. We don't have 5G yet here in Tampa, but the phone is capable of it whenever they do start it down here. So I love it, I think it's fast, and that's not even as good as it can get. It's be awesome with 5G!

Ive run a few tests now on this phone and it keeps coming up faster than the s20 plus ultra. On antutu and geekbench, Damn its less than half the price of that phone
I'm planning to buy new phone, i'm choosing between Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus (Exynos), and Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G (Snapdragon), and here they are literally the same price. I'm not a big mobile gamer (i did plau pubg in the past and maybe i will in the future), but overall i want long lasting battery and no lagging in games or anything.
