  • Caltrans 1966 Dodge D100 Utiline Bed Replacement With Sapele
    This D100 came to me with about 1% of its bed left, in this video I replace it with one I made from sapele.
    Looking deeper in to what I found it looks like this bed has been replaced once already.
    All in this job cost me £458 and about 16 hours spread over 4 days just casually doing a bit when I had time.

    I just put new wood in my 66 dodge power wagon, lots of work but it looks great.

      Cheers Mr. How's the shed coming on? I replaced my rotten roof with industrial skylight type fibreglass. Loads lighter in there now and it weathered the storms.

    Is that the 6ft or 8ft & were did you buy your new strips

      @danclancy6535 it's the 6ft,I couldn't find exact ones, I got these from Rusty Rheeder, I think they were something like a 1950 f100 strip.
