In Orlando that job cost about $1.500 it's more of than 1 full truck (12 ft) .
The company I work for makes about 2k everyday from 2 to 3 full truck jobs or about 8 differents pick up during the day.
You broke this down really well, definitely allot of insight just from this video.
This video was dope cant wait to see this channel grow.
Thank you for the insight bro, best of luck with business this year! 👍
You explained the junk removal business very well! I do Lawn care and Lawn Maintenance full time but i do offer junk removal on the side. Mainly do that alot in July and August when the grass here in Iowa slows down. Dump trailers are some of the best kind of trailer you can get. I don't use it as much as my Utility Trailer but man there sweet to have! It was a big game changer for me with my buisness.
Great video! I love how it plays like a spy show!
Great job brother..... Keep the videos coming....
Wannabe junk hauler here, in my area of Michigan a guy can rent a trailer for a few days. Company will drop off and pick up but renter does all the loading. That costs around $500 +- depending on the size of trailer. I guess that only works if a guy has multiple trailers to rent out though. To show up, have a crew load and haul away same day I would expect to pay more than $800. Im just going by what Ive seen online though, no actual experience. Thanks for sharing what you do!❤
Wow, I would of charged $1,500 alone. But thank you for the video
Great video. 👍
Great video !!
Thanks! I’m just getting started in making videos and in business but I hope to provide value by showing my experience
Hi there was wondering if I can get info on the web designer for your website layout is awesome and the video was great as well!
What did installed on the side of your trailer to be flat for your large banner/decals?
thanks for giving the pricing
Of coarse! I’ll be doing a video soon on how to capture your overhead per hour in your price. Make sure your subscribed so you don’t miss it
I'm in LA county CA.
Bro that's at least $1,200 job.
Mabe $800 or just the one day trailer rental.
But over time we all realized, the wear and tear on your equipment. Repairs, Taxes, advertising & hidden expenses..
Have a 5x8x2 dump trailer i charge 300 to 400 a load same here in California that was way to low $240 hell na 😮
Yea I need to charge more. Where in California are you in?
@@junkfithauling800 Bakersfield ca
You’re in California so duh
You talk about competitors charging dirt cheap but you are the competitor charging dirt cheap ($800) is a bargain. I was thinking around $3,500 but based on your price $2,000 is reasonable.
i was going to say the same thing!
Agreed! That should've been $1500 MINIMUM
Ya that's alot for $800 ! I would at least charge 1200 for that
In that job how many trips did you do to Landfill ?
💪💪
I live in California. $260 is one regular employee's salary for a day of work. It is too low for a business owner
When a customer calls about a job do you ask them to send pics of the space that needs to be hauled ??? And if so agreeing on doing the job how do you charge just for the cost of dumping
100 for the helper wow he must really love you or your best friends or something
I thought he said it only took them like 3 hours to do this.
Considering it's not specialized work, requires no permits or real training or requirements past being somewhat physically capable, $33/hour aint bad at all considering he's just a hired hand with no overhead built in like equipment or supplies, so it's all profit to him.
What size is your dump trailer?
How long have you been doing junk removal? $800 was way too low and paying your helper $100 is low. Got dang!
$100 for 4 hours of work is a good rate dude get outta here!!!
In California is ok to charge $800 in Florida we charge 950 for the same stuff
What size is your trailer?
What happens if your trailer gets lost / stolen
how did you figure $45 / hr overhead cost?
You mentioned what you charged and how much it cost but not how you bid it...
I am in lNorthern California and am thinking of starting a Junk Hauling business, what kind of insurance do you have, and also do you do City and State work and if you have to do anything for that like Certified Payroll? Do you have to provide a certificate of insurance when you do commercial hauls?
Honestly man no one really asks for insurance with junk hauling jobs, you can go without it fairly risk free, many ppl I know work without one no problem🤷🏽♂️
The post office reached out to me once to clean out offices. They wanted insurance and unfortunately I didn’t have any at the moment since I was just starting out.
@Jose Garcia I was curious as California is strict on everything else. The current company I work requires and services to provide Certificate of Insurance, and other requirements if needed. They're a General Contractor. Plus I want to see if you land more being a little more prepared.
@@shaneriera8372 you def will get a lot more leads and jobs if you are insured and are a GC, it’s ok to start of without one as in Cali you can do a job thats $600 or lower without insurance or a certification, People who detail cars, clean homes and are in lawn care usually don’t have any insurance or certificate, it’s mainly legal since they’re jobs come out at 600 at most
I wish the music wasn't so loud
$800 was too cheap for all that effort, I would have charged $1000 .
Junk removal is hard on the body!
You could have charged double easily all day long
100 a day is robbery. I gave my boy 200-400 a day
You charged too little
1500
70s porn music 🎵🤣
100 for the helper? Those still exist??
For 3 hours I believe.
Wait a minute. This guy talks about the importance of finding the correct costumer and charging correctly but he charges only $800 for all that?!?😮
Honestly that's horrible. 240 profit
Yard debris are heavy and time consuming.
This was a easy 2 load job $1100 all day long. Stop getting scared charge your price and stick to it. This is so sad all that work and abuse on truck and trailer for 240 bucks. Crazy.
I’ll have a video out soon explaining how knowing your numbers is important in any business. Things I’ve learned running a Junk Removal Business and a Construction business. I think you’ll like it.
@@junkfithauling800 i agreed $240 profit way too load i would charger over $1000 on that here in Virginia , great video keep it up man takecare
800? Step your game up bro way too cheap you should have passed I been serving for over 6 years.
You’re charging way too cheap
Sounds depressing. You definitely make it sound like there’s no money in this
That's a ridiculously low fee you charged your customer. You won't stay in business long.
Good video but get rid of that porn music..
I wish our dump rates where 70 dollars a ton. Here in Portland it’s 130 a ton.
$120 in jersey
