Yes. The boosters in this set are literally just for people that want blingy versions of some of the decks' contents./want to try their luck chasing down the serialized Doctors.

@@xblowsmokex It depends if it's a full booster set or just the commander decks. Warhammer was the same as this, just without the boosters. Fallout is going to be like this next year, I'm not sure about Assassin's Creed, and then Final Fantasy in 2025 is going to be a full booster set.
