It's good to see that in 2022,there are still some people talking about umineko. It's a masterpiece that deserves more people's attetion , and it also has amazing soundtracks.
Thought about a lot of OSTs to request but felt that these ones were a bit long. They are bangers but since they repeat halfway through, I wanted to pick something else.
@@imfurp tbh, all the umineko tracks are awesome...i was just listing tracks by zts... Some others i like are dead angle, patchwork chimera, birth of a new witch, Aci-l and 7 weights... To name a few
8:17 If I were Battler here, I would ask to define what is meant by "humanly possible." Does this mean that one single human cannot achieve this music, or does this mean a group of any number of humans cannot achieve it by working together? If it is the former, we can then state in blue *_Many humans working together, each with a separate instrument in the same room, coordinated such that they produced the fast-paced song._* If it is the latter, another definition question must be asked. Does "humanly possible" refer to something that humans must be able to _directly and physical_ perform, or can they _indirectly_ do it? If it is the former, we can then state in blue *_One or several humans created some device that can play the music for them, making magic and witches unnecessary!_* And after typing all of this, I have come to the realization that I have played too much Umineko recently. I'm off to go touch some grass.
@@SentenceToDESU I cannot do that. In chapter 3 (I think), there was a conversation between Battler and Bronove (yes, this is the correct spelling) discussing why one cannot say in red it was not humanely possible -- it is a paradox since the red has been proclaimed to be indisputable truth, and the whole concept of the game is for Battler to prove that everything was humanely possible. For any witch to deny that in red, that would end the game with Battler's loss in such a way that the witch side did not really "win", but simply harnessed the power of the red to shoot down any objections through force. Or alternatively, the red truth might be a lie, which we cannot say on the human side since that would be a distrust of the foundational rules set by Beatrice; in other words, we cannot trust her, cannot love her, one could say. For this reason, I cannot directly say it is not humanly possible in red. (Context: if this is a reference to an end-game moment, I won't understand it. I'm only halfway through chapter 6.)
To be honest, I’m shocked it took this long for literally one of the best visual novels ever made to be recommended; especially since the OST for this novel is one of the best as well.
Man, someone's analyzing an Umineko track? Amazing. I'm definitely going to subscribe if that means I get to see more Umi tracks reactions down the line. Umineko has my favorite soundtrack of all time. Just for you to have an idea: The soundtrack literally has over 200 tracks, and every one of them fits the mood of the scene, from hype as hell tracks, to melancholic tracks, to dark spooky ones. This VN has everything. It also helps that the author of Umineko didn't try to compose the songs by himself, instead he spent most of his budget on hiring a lot of different composers, so that's the reason its soundtrack has so much variety. Everyone's already recommending the hype songs, so I would like to recommend the more somber and emotional songs: Hope Thanks for being born Song without a name vocal version ALIVE Ricorando il Passato
I'm making my way through the visual novel right now (currently on episode 4), and it made my day to see someone react to its music. The lack of reactions to what I already consider to be one of the best anime/VN soundtracks of all time is criminal. Umineko desperately, desperately needs a good anime adaptation to force it into the public's eyes and give it the recognition it deserves.
@@yukari7350 The more I read, the more I'm thinking it's just not going to happen. I think it is totally possible and could do extremely well, but the problem is that for it to become very popular they would have to give it a ton of episodes (~100 minimum), a huge budget, plus some creativity in how to handle certain aspects of the visual novel that are not easily replicable (i.e. red/blue text). These type of massive series are becoming more and more rare these days, with seemingly every anime now getting 12-13 episodes to test the waters, and only if it's popular does it get additional seasons. Could you imagine getting 12-13 episodes (which I would imagine would be plenty to cover the 1st episode), only for it to not be popular enough for a 2nd season? That would hurt more than not getting anime at all. So, I see your point, but at the same time, a well-made Umineko anime would really get the word out about just how good this series is. I mean, people put this VN right on par with Clannad and Steins;Gate. We've seen how those anime adaptations did, and those were arguably _more_ complicated than Umineko since those didn't have a kinetic story-line.
I forgot how amazing Umineko ost is! I can't wait for another reaction. Myabe it will be Goldenslaughterer or worldend dominator. Regardless, A fantastic video, Like always.
Omg I love your comment at the end of the song . That :" this is probably unresolved" send me shivers. Not just for the comment itself but rather on the fact that it was the first thing that you commented overall
7:40 As a percussionist, I can tell you that playing 32th rolls at these kind of tempos on snare drum is not even a very advanced level of playing. It's probably a slightly advanced high school marching band thing and thus a pretty common skill for percussionists. The biggest issue would be making the notes all sound identical like a computer generated version. That's probably the most inhuman part. (A double stroke roll naturally leads to at least 4 different sounds, and a single stroke roll to at least 2.) Doing this with bass drum is also possible but would typically require some less common apparatusses/techniques, and this is a common unnatural-sounding EDM thing as well.
more Umineko, can't wait for you to listen more of them since you love Organ (i'll never forget your ... pleasure during Bloodborne Laurence reaction, was very funny) you won't be disppointed. I was expecting this one would be one of those but it's a great one too.
The Umineko suggestions in this comment section are good, but there aren't many fully instrumental tracks. Here are some more instrumental song suggestions: - Fishy Aroma - Black Lilliana - Deep Blue Jeer (my favorite of this list)
I dare to say that the soundtrack of Umineko is the best of all times (or, at least, very close to this). Personally, I can't remember any other game/anime/movie/etc. which would have so many excellent OSTs pieced together!
Umineko is one of my favourite series along with Detective Conan and Ace Attorney (so yeah.. mystery-themed series). It's a bit long but has many great OSTs to carry the reader through it.
All the usual in the comments! Buuuut there's some awesome missing Infant Queen Bee, Final Answer, Justice, Discolor, Lorelay and of course Bring the Fate. Course, I'm not saying zts tracks like worldenddominator or goldenslaughterer are bad or even overrated. But there's more 5-star tracks than just those go-to songs.
Its amazing to see you react to Umineko soundtracks. Please check out the Visual Novel, It's the best piece of fiction I've encountered. Also more Umineko recommendations: you can try to react, -Goldenslaughterer -System0 -Worldend dominator -Hope -Mirage coordinador -Dreamenddischarger -The executioner -Ricorando il Passato Every single one of them are masterpieces.
I'm so glad that more people are knowing how much the Umineko soundtrack is FIRE my recommendations are GoldenSlaughterer, Birth of a new Witch (instrumental or vocal), MirageCoordinator and System 0
Umineko is fantastic, and very varied. Melodies like Revolt sound like they could be stage themes from Touhou, Hope really hits the heartstrings, and grandiose ones like Happiness of Marionette are just so much fun to listen to. There's even "Birth of a New Witch", which makes a hip-hop hater like me enjoy hip-hop.
Good reaction! Please want to react Battle Spirits Brave OST Track 29. This soundtrack was often played during the final phase when the main character decides to win the game, and it is even divine, yet cool.
Oh nice, Umineko! I would list some more great Umi tracks here to check out, but I would only be repeating other comments in doing so. Instead, I‘m going to recommend you something from another great VN: “Sin“ from Saya no Uta
Day 85 of requesting House of Sacred Remains from Castlevania: Lament of Innocence. Beautifully atmospheric track and one of my fave's from video games in general. It'd be awesome to hear what you think of it. It's the theme of a level set starting from a cathedral and ending in the crypts through lots of library areas, it's not a particularly significant or infamous level at all but I think the track really reflects the hallowed grounds housing sacred relics beautifully. The 4 minute upload from the Castlevania Sound Team is the one to listen to.
Thank you so much for breaking my request down!
Thank you for the support!

Respectable opinion considering it comes from the great incompetent himself.

Umineko has really underrated and banger soundtracks, maybe you can give Worldend Dominator or Mirage Coordinator a try sometime

If I had to pick just one song, it would have to be Worldend Dominator. It is the one I keep coming back to because it is just that good.
More options:
-Goldenslaughterer

-Mirage coordinador
-Dreamenddischarger
-The executioner

No, I remember them, also Resurrected replayer and more beautiful songs like Hope or Alive, it has too many good songs
Black Lilliana? Black Lilliana and 'Melody' are arguably the most beautiful Umineko OSTs.
