I was at this performance. It was shot at the Warner Bros lot in Burbank, CA for the pilot episode of MNS. My friend's dad was one of the cameramen. That whole day was so much fun! We saw Argent, War, Harry Chapin, Linda Ronstadt, David Clayton Thomas, Mama Cass, The Everly Bros, etc., and it was hosted by John Denver . What great days they were back then.
Lucky you! I know all the performances were pre-taped and aired at a later date. Do you remember if any of the artists did more than one take, in order to get it just right?
