- This video is to help folks out when it comes to processing small nodules and cobbles of Kentucky Hornstone. For those interested in the rock you can find it at www.huntprimitive.com under the flintknapping supplies menu tab.
Just seeing a new stone every minute is helpful for beginners like me in how to process raw stone and getting good spalls.
One thing I’ve learned from your videos are you are one good guy passing knowledge to your fellow man is the greatest gift you can give
I could watch you do this all day

I found a 5/8s copper ground rod and cut a chunk to use as a bopper, works great but I feel guilty if I don’t use antler or rock 🥴. Hey Ryan you rock brother! Sharing your knowledge and experience is really helping me learn daily, thank you!
Would a native feel guilty about switching to a superior tool? Bow or rifle, horse or car, hide or goretex...
@@canadiangemstones7636 this one does…my ancestors made way and as I’m sure they’d of taken advantage of newer technology, they knew the old way as a back up.
Good instructional video. Thanks
