It’s the residents that make this place the best Place to Live.

Back again, now that I've seen the whole video. I love the cased arches throughout the home, as well as the trey ceilings with crown, and the paint & tile choices. I also love the landscape curbing. I LOVE THE KITCHEN!!!! I love the way they've incorporated the same GORGEOUS counters throughout out the home. The fire pit is nice, but I would definitely prefer a pool to a fire pit.
Agree with all you say. If I was spending that kind of money I would spend another couple of hundred thousand on a nice pool

When Jana says "It's an early dinner" that means she's not cooking later on! Love the HOTW, but there should be a pool. Turkey in the top oven, sides in the lower. Love the office nook off the kitchen. I really enjoy the colors they've used throughout this home, with exception of the wood flooring - A little too reddish for my taste. I'll have to come back, motherhood calls...

I agree, the house should have a pool or at least a hot tub. It is a beautiful home. I love the kitchen. Wish I could afford it.

Merry Christmas! Once again I guessed over on the price! Its hard to believe that Kings Bay 5 is only 3600 sq feet. Feels bigger. Guess that's because most stuff is removed. Its quite beautiful.

There is something for everyone in the Villages. Some people have large family’s with lots of grandchildren. Others just like big houses. There are properties here from $200,000 to $3,000,000. The good thing is that whatever you pay you get the same lifestyle. It’s awesome.
