ICC acted with warrant of arrest only on one person whereas those who have committed numerous times on war crimes which are more serious than were not arrested but no issuance of warning to them this clearly shows ICC is a one sided organization and very prejudice one too

Winning the war that's a laugh. The best Putin can hope for is to control donbas for 5 or 10 years. Which he destroyed so he now he gets to pay for the rebuilding. After Putins gone Russian oligarchy will get tired of not being able to do business with the West and give the donbas back. So he wrecked his economy, his military, his legacy for nothing.
