Instrumentally I missed the punsh me in the face feeling at the end. I waited for the instrumental climax that didn't come. Elli's voice had more power. That's why it didn't fit so well for me this time.
This feels more like a cover of a cover. It's disturbeds version with a female singer. It's a "meh" from me.
Doesn't work for me. I *don't* like the way she strayed from the melody. No problem with her accent (Henk Poort has a heavy accent), but the way she sang it.
And please don't let her near a Bonnie Tyler song. 😱🚫
