Great workout to tone and sculpt your thighs and booty. 🔥 All you need is a looped resistance mini band and a barre. If you don’t have a Barre, no problem! You can use the back of a chair, or a sturdy piece of furniture like a couch, table, kitchen counter or even a wall.

      @@BHomeFitness It is challenging but fun, and when working on isolated body parts the entire body is still engaged in the workout which I love
