Hi Doctors I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last October 2022 was treated with chemotherapy 4-5 treatments the tumour shrank from 2.4\1.9 to1.2/.9 went to whipple surgery January 2033 restarted chemotherapy for 8more treatments with ct scan I was told I am free of cancer after 4month Nof 2023 ct scan show recurrent in same surgery bed and tissue I am back for more chemotherapy as of Jan 2024 the oncologist said it’s not curable and I am due for ct scan on may they saying if the tumour got smaller they considered radiation therapy I am lost there are any different treatments or new trials available for my case I am 74 years old
