@@RetroRebuilds That pin will come out from back plate , you need that to put in a oversized cage etc , pin come out , has a crushed alloy rim washer just tap it and out it comes to service the pin

Great job man! I have two of these, one is a triple long cage, very smooth derailleurs. Is it easy to do maintenance on the shifters?

Yeah just lube them with chain oil or triflow once in a while don’t let them sit unused for too long
