Good to see you again! You are doing great. I've lost 120lbs with 30 more to go on carnivore. I would recommend substituting 80/20 ground beef over the cheese. Way more nutrition and food $4$ and #4#. A short walk (15-20min) and brief (15-20min) layout in the sun (vit D) helps me and does my BP good. Everyone enjoys seeing us big guys in nothing but our shorts - they are just jealous of our more developed physiques ;)
Nothing but respect for you... My brother was north of three hundred pounds and dropped one hundred over twelve to eighteen months... The internal fortitude one has to have to do that is off the charts... ... nothing but respect for ya. Much peace, grace and love to you and yours n' God bless
You & family are first priority so don't worry about videos & us. We will be here! Some of those meds can be an issue so be careful & don't overwork yourself. It's no fun to get up & everything starts spinning then you have to look to see which is the best thing to fall against. I've been there & not because I drank too much 😂. Sugar & BP can really mess things up. Take care. God has a good plan for you. Congrats on weight loss. 👍🙏
