I hope I can do the same thing, cos I don't know whether I have to start by making the animation in a paper then scan it, or direct it in pc, sorry I don't know what's the call for the method, but I'm confused just how am I going to animate my anime, I have the story and the mc w/ the side characters, what's left to do is how to animate it:‹
If you comfortable drawing on paper, then I suggest animate your animation in paper , after do cleanup scan it, import all drawing into Opentoonz for coloring process. For me personally I think animate in paper is more fun compare to draw on pc. I hope this will help :)

Thanks ,it took almost 5 hours ,its only 7 frames ,and the camera panning done in after effects

on timeline window, click on camera layer ,camera properties window will pop out and you can change camera size :)
