My faith in humanity has decreased severely and I do not see a recovery anytime soon. In all seriousness, thank you to Necro, Aebhosaur, and Athharastalos for creating this iceberg chart for me to cover on the channel. It was quite a journey. That being said, I'm going to be taking a little break from icebergs for just a bit to work on other content that I really want to release. Thank you all for watching and thank you for 35k subscribers!
You should consider reviewing out of print books. For your channel I suggest Carnosaur by John Bronson/Harry Adam Knight and Silverhair by Stephen Baxter. Silverhair is part of a trilogy of books buy I don't want to overwhelm you.
I think the reused animations part is referencing the fact that the entirety of the gorilla animations are reused from a previous film, Lion and the King (obviously a ripoff of Lion King)
The white bird and gorillas are probably on the iceberg because they are used in other Dingo Pictures movies, and "Jumpscare" probably refers to when they "animate" "shocked" characters by just rapidly shrinking and increasing the character's head size. These are things I am only aware of because I watched Phelous' reviews back in the day. Also my personal guess is they're calling Tio a Tarbosaurus because he's like a shittier version of Speckles the Tarbosaurus.
Wait, the alien-looking dinosaur has claws like a Therizinosaurus. In C.M. Kosemen's 'All Tomorrows', humans discovered an alien creature that has the features of a Therizinosaurus. Hmmm...
I'm actually sad that "Yotobi" isn't an entry in this iceberg. He's the Italian youtuber that discovered this movie and popularized it through his critique of it, and also why its Italian dub and the infamous "yee" got so popular in the first place. Anyway happy April Fool (or as the Italians say, April Fish) 🐟
Y'know, I was thinking, there should be a custom dub of The Dinosaur Adventure that just shits on itself and swears and in general is just funny, ignoring the actual dialogue and just letting the people voicing the dinosaurs say whatever they want.
I have a theory, since the band ickert was in was shut down, he needed another way to make money, so he thought to himself, “hmm maybe i’ll make knockoffs of currently popular movies to make money even though I barely know how to animate (which is shown by the poor quality) and the rest is history from there
Yeah regarding re-used animation, the gorrillas are from Dingo's Tarzan knockoff "Lord of the Rainforest", and one of the earlier scenes in the film also features African gazelles from their Lion King knockoff "Lion and the King 2" (which is the same as Lion and the King 1, but that could have its own tier list). Also I think the white bird is in quite a lot of Dingo's movies.
Awesome video!!! Also I have a theory that Tio and his parents are Iguanodons, as they either stand on all 4s or walk on 2 legs, and Tio's dad looks like Kron from Disney's Dinosaur
Have you seen the Dinosauria Series By Dead Sound? It's about a collection of 5 different short films about Dinosaurs in the different time periods of the Cretaceous Period.
I think the gorillas are there because of the association between giant apes and dinosaurs through King Kong. ... and that's it. They likely didn't care enough about nuance for anything else. They just threw in gorillas because they had them, they needed another animal faction, and King Kong was a thing.
Something has to be wrong with UA-cam I have the noti bell clicked and still didn't get the notification. Still I enjoyed this video even though I wasn't expecting an iceberg on such an obscure film 😂
Its because this is supposed to be an April Fools vid. But when youtube doesnt notify people of the vid on its initial upload date, it definitely ruins the joke. Glad you were able to watch it regardless
Thank you for summing this . . . film? . . . up, because Bloody Hellfire! I love your videos, but I tried watching your other "Dinosaur Adventures" vid, and I just couldn't get past the first handful of minutes. Far too much DEEP HURTING, none of which was your fault. I'm reminded of the MST3K sketch where they sum a film with many demonstrations of "You see, folks, they just didn't care."
There's actually a lot to say about these entries, you should've done some research into the Dingoverse lore. For example, the gorillas are recycled from their lion king ripoff.
Considering how angry/violent Cree is in the movie toward little Tio when he was born, threatening to give him a "Damn good beating", saying that a hit won't kill him when he just hatched out of his egg, I wouldn't say Cree had a plan to kill Tio, more like he just wanted to do anything he could to abuse/harm the baby dino for fun.
I do actually own the PS2 version of the film. I watched it with my brother lately and we both had a laugh. Front-facing Cree and Faa the blue otter lizard were probably the funniest bits that weren’t to do with the tonal inconsistencies. If anything, as a normal meat eating person I felt personally attacked when Cree and the other main characters started to shame Ark and his cronies for becoming meat lovers when having to survive the wasteland. I dunno, it feels like the story was preaching a very pro-vegetarian message, more than it needed to.
I'm guessing that I'm about to find out that the director of dinosaur Adventures was a member of the Stasi, and he tortured political dissidents during the Cold War
As an Italian I'm kinda honoured that the first topic is the Italian dub. I remember when the meme exploded in Italy and ho boy those were fun times. 😂

@@dalekrenegade2596 I welcome all suggestions and trust me, Carnosaurs is definitely on the list of things that I want to cover on the channel.
When the April fools video isn't a clickbait rickroll and is actually a 20+ minute analysis

Because speckles is the superior tarbosaurus

Happy April 1st Diego! Glad to see you're celebrating the holiday too! 😎
Cant miss out on the best time of the year

You know what’s funny? Phelous actually did do a video of an iceberg of the _whole fucking studio_
I'm actually sad that "Yotobi" isn't an entry in this iceberg. He's the Italian youtuber that discovered this movie and popularized it through his critique of it, and also why its Italian dub and the infamous "yee" got so popular in the first place.

To be fair, having this movie connected to him again would probably make him die of shame.
You know he's not really fond of his own past.
dingo pictures genuinely was my childhood and it has a soft spot in my heart
My birthplace is just 20 km away from the town where Dingo Pictures lies
shut up rick
Bro I kid you not, I really literally shouted "NOO!" at 16:57
Y'know, I was thinking, there should be a custom dub of The Dinosaur Adventure that just shits on itself and swears and in general is just funny, ignoring the actual dialogue and just letting the people voicing the dinosaurs say whatever they want.
A Ghost Stories dub, if you will
This was significantly more entertaining than the actual movie.
And with only slightly more effort put into it than whatever they put into Dinosaur Adventure.
I think the line where they thought Oro predicted planes was actually him predicting dinosaurs turning into birds
I have a theory, since the band ickert was in was shut down, he needed another way to make money, so he thought to himself, “hmm maybe i’ll make knockoffs of currently popular movies to make money even though I barely know how to animate (which is shown by the poor quality) and the rest is history from there

Oh gee, can't wait to see a part two of this series!

@@aebhosor4835 yes you are
At least there's one thing that they should've added
In the movie, Tio's father says "hell", despite this being a kids movie
There’s also Cree’s great line to Peek:
“Just wait till I catch you in a dark corner, you’ll get a damn good beating!”
Dinosaur Adventure is the dinosaur movie of all time.
Oh man that Neon Genesis YEE-vangelion opening is hilarious.

I love you too, Diego.
08:09 Maybe Cree was an azdarchid pterosaur like Hatsegopteryx which feed on dinosaurs that could fit in his mouth.
Azdarchids arent small, and most dont have a crest like Pteranodon / Geostenrbergia

I'm currently planning on a dinosaur adventure 2.
Where did you get the picture of front facing Cree ?
Dinosaur Adventure rule34 do exist, remember that...
The plot sounds like like land before time.
Wait Tio’s parents are those little Sauropods that look like Littlefoot and Shorty knockoffs?
also I checked the IMDB description and I saw it on google but when I clicked on it it was changed to a normal description. :/
