I'm surprised you don't have any framed photos on your desk but instead just a bunch of "cute" decorations. Why have a picture you adore inside your drawer and not framed, sitting on your desk? Why not have a picture of your family, of Junior, of you and your UA-cam friends, etc.? Your desk doesn't look personal -- it looks rather staged.
