The new formulation is even more dewy than the older formulation. I bought it last month and just opened it this morning. The texture and the application are just as easy, but the finish is more wet and a little heavier.
Anyone who has used Bior, can you tell me what the cream should smell like? Mine smells like something sweet, reminiscent of a peach, and a bit cheap. You can't hear the alcohol at all. There is a suspicion that I bought a fake. Please answer who used it 🙏
i wish biore release a alcohol free version of it. i genuinely want to love it. i don't hate fragrance but i don't really mind it either. it's just the alcohol. my skin just cannot tolerate alcohol for some reason. it's really frustrating

I just ordered this and can't wait to try! Most Japanese sunscreens are kinda underrated compared to Korean or European. But they are also amazing in terms of protection and user experience.. 😊
I actually prefer Japanese sunscreens, and skincare in general, over Korean products. K-beauty is trendy, but they're relatively new, while J-beauty is well-established. And older (meaning, with more money) Korean women tend to buy Japanese and European high-end skincare over Korean brands--they know what's good!
I have fragrance sensitivity and wish I could try this brand!! I'm really loving Rohto SkinAqua Super Moisturizer tho! Affordable, no fragrance, and feels so good on my combo skin.
It's my fav for applying under make up. Most sunscreens I used made my foundation separate but not this one. Its definitely not a matt finsh but its not greasy at all, no oily film on the skin. The face looks luminous and healthy. I hope they never discontinue it.
There is an even bigger bottle of this that has the pump packaging! Plus it has a refill bottle. Needless to say I went crazy for it when I was in Japan
I’ve been using biore sunscreen for years and works wonders with my acne prone skin, unfortunately when i tried this reformulation I have been breaking out like crazy 😭
I ordered a few of the new Biore sunscreens this week. I can't wait to try it because the 2019 Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence sunscreen is my current favorite so I hope that I love this reformulation, too. I wish that I knew about the sunscreen mist before I ordered.
If Biore keeps using fragrance in its sunscreen, I hope they'll revert back to the citrus scent in the pre-2019 formulations. The post-2019 sunscreen has this green apple scent that just does not agree with my nose. Somehow, the scent makes the essence feel stickier.
@@YSlIl I have sensitive eyes, and every sunscreen i have tried has irritated my eyes, so i avoid putting sunscreen close to my lash line, so I can’t say to be honest. I have only had it on a short while. if it travels and gets into my eyes and irritates them, i’ll update 😊
I have a very very extremely oily skin, lots of hyperpigmentation and melasma, I wanted a sunscreen that either tinted or non-tinted for extremely pale skin. Most tinted sunscreens that I’ve used are either to oily or way too dark on me. That is SPF 50+ PA++++ and I would like a hybrid sunscreen with both chemical and physical/mineral sunscreen.
I wish they kept the old formulation because my skin did not burn when I applied it like some products do to me due to my sensitive skin but this new formulation with the new packaging burns when I tried it 😢. I guess I start my search all over again 😤.
The athlizm lines already have a good formulation and i love the finish, too. This exact sunscreen always gets reformulated omce every year or every few years, but the newer formula is always more dewy.
For eye stinging SPF, I use them on my face without the eyes and then I use a different spf for eyes. Works for me since I don’t notice a lot of heaviness around my eye area which would usually come with non-alcohol spfs

Does this irritate the eyes for anyone? I remember having to drop the older one because it really burned the crap out of my eyes! Even after I stopped applying it to my eyelid skin and only around my eye area [hopeful].
Actually, same experience. I think it would be same as previous in terms of irritaying the eyes because its still a chemical sunscreen, but he said in one ofnhis video i think that this doesnt burns his eyes thats why he applies it so genorously even to his eye area. I would not be able open my eyes for sure if I apply it this way.
I hv super senstitive skin and I simply can't shift to a new product because I can't afford the redness and burn whenever I try a new one. I hv been using the old version for idk how many years ady and it's definitely the staple that I can't live without it!!! But so sad that the new ver has alcohol in it😢 now i just grab one whenever I saw the old version in stall and make sure i always have 1 extra in my vanity😂
It's no surprise that littlleeextra rice berry is such a top-selling sunscreen. I’ve noticed positive changes in my face. My previous hyperpigmentation has gradually faded. Remember to use the two-finger rule for both the face and neck. Don’t just slather on the sunscreen. Proper application will make it work wonders. Try using it with the rice berry face serum and moisturizer. It will enhance your glow over time, and you’ll get compliments.
Does anyone know where I can get the real version of this? I heard that there are fake ones out there. It looks like there is a global version of this and I just ordered it.

I think it’s cuz they lowered the amount of alcohol a bit

I think it just depends on the person. Personally, this sunscreen does not burn my eyes and most sunscreens don’t either for me.

does it sting the eyes at all
