Sennheiser always had damn good bass ya treble is sharp but i like them….i had cx180 and cx213 before it was cheap but it was amazing…sadly they are discontinued🥹….but good to see they maintained their class

CX180🔥 started most of ours audio journey.
one of their best, or 2nd best after he1, i used to rank it above a12t but its not ciem so bit lower eventually

Hi.. I listen to a lot of Orchestra music/movie soundtracks , with lots of instrument layers .. need something with the exact amount of bass and clean crisp highs ..
What will be the best option under 120$ ?
Sennheiser IE200 is a very good option, it's around 110 with discount and you may need to buy a $10 cable with it, since the stock one is bad.
Additionally, Simgot EM6L is a very good option for it. With nice soundstaging.
Why not buy ie200 instead and EQ it? Are they that better with technical performance and do they justify the price?
Well this week you will see all of them on the channel. IE900 technical prowess is way beyond IE200. IE200 is one of my favourite IEM if you have seen review I loved it.
However, While EQ is an amazing tool, it does not cover the other parts like dynamics and quality of driver. Where these expensive IEMs shine. esp IE600 and IE900 as compared to IE200.

@@logustark2800 I must have missed it. You can go for either, Wan’er doesn’t require much power to drive anyway.
So if you have 3.5mm with your phone no need, otherwise go with any of the affordable DAC, in comments people praised Headphonezone DAC, so you can go for that.
