So its not on the official channel due to it not releasing in Global yet. It is an EP but the channel calls it is an OST. Kazdel Team puts all the songs that CN gets onto this channel so people who dont watch bilibili can listen to it.

@@SoulWhiteAngelNo worries since both names will lead to the same song anyway. I just want people to know their proper names so they could find the full song easily and not the looped version. That said, some of them are simply translations from their CN names so I should probably clarify it on my earlier comment. Anyways, I do also think some are simply using their filenames since it makes it easier for the devs to point out where to play the song.
