If you want to catch up to part of the story there are ovas. First Order is the prolouge, Babylonia is the 7th of the Singularities (out of 7 its a full series) and the Camelot movies (which is the 6th). The the Solomn movie which is the first arc finale and basically endgame/Avengers.

i loved playing fate grand order, but holy shit is it so archaic i remember spending over 2k quarts once and not getting a single 4* unit,

Closest to Dark Sakura in the game is Kama in terms of appearance, they do try and stick to /some/ rules when having servants

Technically Sakura is in the game, twice over, but as a "Psuedo-Servant", where she's possessed by two Indian Goddesses. Normal Sakura is the host of the Goddess Parvati, while Dark Sakura is the host of the God[dess] Kama. Parvati is a 4-Star Lancer good for Quick Looping (spamming her ult with certain support units), while Kama is a 5-Star Assassin, with a 5-Star Avenger Swimsuit Alt. Both Kamas are absolutely cracked. There are also the Sakura Five from Extra CCC, which are artificial Servants created by the AI B.B., whose appearance (and thus theirs) was based on Sakura, though thus far we've only gotten B.B. and 3/5 of the Five. Meltryllis Best Girl.

We are all aware that FGO funds all official Fate animation (post-2016), which is why they're usually so high quality.

despite everything FGO is still my favorite gacha game to this day due to it story and character been playing other game like Honkai Impact 3rd or even older title like Battle Cats since launch but none was ever able to have me playing every single day like FGO for the last 6 years luckily somehow i am still f2p for the game, it getting banned here help with that tbh

It's a beautiful animation, if you liked this one Arknights had one recently "Arknights: 5th Anniversary Special Commemorative Animation" that I believe was made by the same people who made this one. It's maybe not quite as impressive but still a great visual spectacle and the song slaps. Since you've done some arknights stuff you could react to that one as well

Next up is Scout on the playlist. Also as for the game, it is still worth playing. There are Valve hosted servers and Community hosted Servers. Valve servers are the ones that aimbots target and it gets bad during times there are less players. Community Servers have their own admins or protection that keeps bots out, but some community servers also use plugins/mods to alter the default game to become more spicy with randomizer stuff, skins, etc. Some Community Servers are also just where more experienced players go so casuals can't get a good early experience to get better. Currently the community wants Valve to work on the bot situation for Valve servers as to make the experience better for those that want more lax gameplay instead of having to only go to community servers. Valve still sells microtransactions so it is their responsibility to keep player experience healthy.
