A cold call is a winter themed song (as in it was made for winter not for any specific character)
Oh yea the budget of this game is pretty high. So high they have released a premium game today and are working on 2 other games.
Haha yea Settle into Ash is amazing. The lore in the character themes is so good. I had a feeling youd love that one.
We have 3d animations but they are more animation and less music (still has music)
The hilarious thing is that since the last react they have already released like 1 or 2 more songs XD.

2. "EP" music that they release cuz they can. Usually for every 6 star they release / Seasonal change (Winter/Authum etc.) / Special day like Chinese new years / and sometimes cuz they just have a whimn lol
3. Operation & Special Ost:
Operation are for lobby game of seasonal end game content and Special for some boss that unique for them.

Yes, Arknights does get a lot of love and has some amazing songs. Happy to see you guys enjoyed them. The funny thing is that the songs you watched are not even the popular ones among the community.

@@TMC_Impact It's definitely one of the most developed and feature-rich tower defense games you can play. It's a subtle brain-frier and I adore it for that. All the Contingency Contract music is made to inspire players to push on and overcome the odds (CC is one of the toughest challenges in the game). It's also one of the longest visual novels (4 times longer than all of Lord of the Rings books COMBINED).
So yeah, there's a FUCK TON to do after 4 years. And free 6 star characters that are not throwaway ones...Genshin would never 😅 (jk)
Genshin has disappointed me multiple times with their rewards lool, so I ain’t surprised how generous other gachas are 🤣🤣. Also we’ve got no good endgame 🥲- Loops
@@TMC_Impact Oh we have rewards alright, the gacha is fairly "fair" and best part - majority of characters (almost 300) are viable/useable in almost every stage (heavily depends on your strats, in other words). Plus, we do have endgame content (both permanent and seasonal), so there's almost something to do.
Operation pyrolysis and deepness actually have full versions you can find them titled literally "Battleplan Pyrolysis" and "Operation Deepness". Also for your future reactions to the contingency contract/operation songs try searching for just the name first and see if you can find a 3-4 minute video of it first cuz all of them have a full version.

With the character themes you don't typically hear in-game, but the stuff they play for the actual trailers are, like the Contingency Contract PV's you guys saw, those played a preview of the Lobby Music we get to enjoy during those events.
For some recommendations on some that do indeed play in-game;
'wlfmstr' or Wolfmaster from the Il Siracusano event.
'Martyr' from the Guiding Ahead event.
'Golden Age' from the Stultifera Navis event.
There's plenty of other amazing tracks in the game's OST, but you guys have enough recommendations to eat through from what it sounds lol.
Also, if you guys are curious about the world building, definitely recommend checking out the actual trailers. Or for pure world building, the 'Terra Exploration' videos.

If there's anything we arknights players are proud of of our game, it's our music. Thanks for putting in the time and effort to notice our game
I see that Soul suggested the more EDM and synth genres as well. We have a plethora of other genres too
like classical (with Standchen, Awaken, or Revealing which retains a bit of the EDM vibe),
pop (we have a lot of pop (Winged Step and Illuminate are some of the more recent ones, Miss You is also good and Radiant which is one of our more famous songs in the game),
jazz (Dormant Craving is a pretty good chill song if you enjoyed the groove that A Cold Call brought, it's pretty different but it's also groovy)
rock/metal (All hail savior! or Stainless Heart but I also suggest March On! with it's war-vibe and Lessing for a bit of emo. Eternal Flame also pr good)
and music based off of regional culture (Mortal Eye based from northern europe style music, Towards Her Light which is pretty irish, Lullabye which is a personal favourite which is russian)

From what we heard we loved the songs and from what I’m seeing in the comments and yours there’s a bunch of different genres so we’re in for a ride lool. I’m personally looking forward to the Jazz songs, coz a cold call was my favourite.

Some lore/info for the songs apart from contingency contract ones.
- A Cold Call: The characters on the screen are called Mostima (blue hair angel) Executor (Dude angel) and Cantabile (Bird girl). Mostima is a fallen Angel so she has horns and black halo, Executor is an Angel who is legally allowed to shoot other angels without being a fallen. Cantabile is a former assassin I believe who is under the care of Rhodes Island (The big base you saw in the last song with the squad)
- Water Quench: Jessica is a Catgirl with Low selfesteem issues. Her song is about how she is begining to grow out of that and be a better person.
- Settle into Ash: Hoederer a Mercenary and the girls are his old Squadmates W (Girl who's smugly smiling) and Ines (Girl with the serious look) I haven't played his chapter so I cant give a brief synopsis for him but he probably is tired of war.
- Stained: It's Executor from A Cold Call! But he got an upgrade essentially and is singing of his duties as someone who has to take care of anyone who disobeys the LAW with his Gun.
Last one being my favourite
- Believing Believed Believes: Its about the Doctor (player character) and his Squad/Family of Rhodes Island Elite Operators who have been through Catastrophes, Calamities together because of the Doctor's brilliant commanding and their strength.(This is in order of introduction )The characters in the Video are Touch (Goat girl with the Magic Rod), Misery (Demon guy with the Knife), Sharp (The Snake guy with the shield) Logos (The Demon guy in the bottom left) Mechanist (The giraffe dude on the right) Idk this one for sure because we haven't seen her ingame yet but Radian or Mantra probably (in the middle background) and Finally the Doctor (Player character in between Touch and Sharp).
No worries thanks gives me a better understanding arknights (i will be starting the game not on the channel but i will install it over the weekend and give it a try).
