Looks like my kind of workout...easy to do, fun and effective! I like the beat, it makes you want to move! No complicated choreography. Not as manic as Zumba! Here I go.....!:)
That was just over 4 minutes and my heart is pumping! If I do these throughout the day, I’m gonna be good to go! Busting a move all over the house!

That "step-touch" and the cha cha are my go-to if some music pops on that I have to groove to.
I love this. It’s much easier to follow than Zumba, and I can usually do 4 of her 4 minute video body grooves.

Ive just looked at Figure 8, Buti and Body Groove. For price, vibe and variety Body Groove gets my vote. Still slightly hesitant as 10 dollars costs us quite abit more in South Africa, due to the current exchange rate. Please you guys let me know what you think? I just can't wait to get dancing...BUT figure 8 looks like it will really streamline my core. Buti is just crazy expensive. Comments?

So excited Body groove i got this for christmas from my hubby per request.....the stretch and mind workouts came with one single dvd that has 3 full dance workouts on it....i love it because you can do them without shoes and no workout clothes.....you really COULD do them with no clothes at all, but that'd probably be frowned upon in some places - haha merry christmas
