Earlier he has told he wrote the song with his wife on his mind. Then realized the song would fit him and Tarja as a duet.

Oh...JVB....since Marko and I are about the same age...I am pretty sure he was a huge fan of Led Zeppelin, and their song " Kashmir" had a similar riff in that song...and others! My best friend of over 60 years, and I used to listen to Led Zeppelin ALOT!
Oh...Marko wrote this song for his wife! From what I understand...getting out on his own to write his own music saved him from depression! I think a bit of the song was an "I am sorry Tarja! And it was a way to connect with Tarja again! Their voices compliment each other so well! I hope Marko writes some songs that feature Tarja!

Have you reacted Tarja singing classical music? Like Vilja Lied or Mein Herr Marquis? If not, you really should. She is at her best singing those songs. That`s where she really shines. And Pie Jesu.. Wow.

He is into Scifi, and I suspect he has a Pet Martian somewhere.
Tarja sounds really good, not too classical in her style. Good together.
Just noticed, they used the same director for their video as Nightwish has been using since at least 2013.
I do love the fact that Tarja doesn't sound so classical.
