Something I want to mention. I think that Kevin Cottle on season 18 was super mature about his nominations. I never understood how people could completely tank service and then be baffled by the idea of their nomination. Kevin kept it real, and I had mad respect for the dude when I watched S18 because of it.

Sometimes I really think this whole show is nothing more then an experiment to see what it takes to "break" different kind of "personalities". But it is always funny seeing the more normal "contestants" between just shaking their heads and trying to just keep a few feet away to not get hit :D
I think one part left out was when Nedra shouted how it would be either Zach or Anthony to go up, and Zack replied, "Why would Anthony be put up?!" I saw a Drag Race UA-cam channel I like do videos on these two edits on that show, and I think it'd be fun to compare which chefs on their individual seasons got villain edits and which ones got delusional edits. I think Fran's BoW nominations were the catalyst for Ramsey deciding to end the BoW, getting the sole power to nominate on their team. Season 8 just confirmed Ramsey's suspicions with the BoW getting all the power not being a good idea anymore. Trev would end up being the last BoW with sole nomination authority until Jon in Season 11, and after that, it would only go to the chef that was the best by a massive landslide.
I think Jason had a right to be angry. They nominated him not because of his cooking skills but due to their inability to understand him. Robyn should have been a bus driver because all she did was run a bus over her teammates in both seasons no matter what team she was on.

You forgot in Season 18 when Kanae angry to Mia when Mia who got nominated with Roe after the dinner service of Tilly / Matilda's 16th birthday (Tilly is Gordon's youngest daughter) because Mia threw Kanae under the bus on the elimination night. Mia is Virginia 2.0, good at challenges even got title "Challenge Queen" but she sucks at Dinner Services.
The smart ones Don't react to being nominated at all. They know the nomination process has ZERO impact on who goes home. Ramsay knows who he's eliminating, and if that person isn't nominated, he eliminates his predetermined choice anyway..

I always wonder why chefs get so angry over being nominated. Ramsay always makes the final decision no matter what, even if the person wasn’t nominated. If he doesn’t agree with the nominations, he makes damn sure they all know it. Very, very rarely do chefs get sent home on a *completely* unfair basis. Even when it’s clearly a producer moment to keep drama in the kitchen, really strong chefs aren’t sacrificed. The only complete bullshit elimination I can think of is from sabotage. ****ing HATE Elise, I was pissed every time she dodged elimination, and while I believe Gordon Ramsay to be a fair person, a part of me can't help but feel he only kept her around for drama. When she was not chosen for the final 2 I feel to my knees thanking God.

I think Fran's BoW nominations were the catalyst for Ramsey deciding to end the BoW, getting the sole power to nominate on their team. Season 8 just confirmed Ramsey's suspicions with the BoW getting all the power not being a good idea anymore. Trev would end up being the last BoW with sole nomination authority until Jon in Season 11, and after that, it would only go to the chef that was the best by a massive landslide.

I think Jason had a right to be angry. They nominated him not because of his cooking skills but due to their inability to understand him. Robyn should have been a bus driver because all she did was run a bus over her teammates in both seasons no matter what team she was on.
I agree. Blue haired Jay talking about Jason voicing his anger at the nomination. Jay clearly didn't like Jason and wanted him gone. Obviously, it's fine for Ramsay to throw tantrums, but others can't according to contestants

I always wonder why chefs get so angry over being nominated. Ramsay always makes the final decision no matter what, even if the person wasn’t nominated. If he doesn’t agree with the nominations, he makes damn sure they all know it. Very, very rarely do chefs get sent home on a *completely* unfair basis. Even when it’s clearly a producer moment to keep drama in the kitchen, really strong chefs aren’t sacrificed. The only complete bullshit elimination I can think of is from sabotage. (We hate Paul in this house.)

it may be true, but he also didn't have a chance to cook in the first service. so if he was to go up there, they would be basing it off taking orders & serving tables, and not if he could be a valuable member to the team cooking-wise. not to mention seth was an overall worse chef
