Did you put any sealant to the seam of the crankcase when you reassembled the engine? You are suppose to put so that you get the crankcase tight and no airleaks from the seam.
@@TheFixitShed On rebuild 520SP I used new cylinder gasket (Ebay) three attempts on sealant seam of crankcase... 1184, black high temp silicone sealant, 518 loctite with air leaks all three. Finally used DIRKO high temp 500 sealant...no air leak
this its the same type of 450, i have replement the cranksshaft bearig on my 455 , but its not oil out from the line when the engine run , there its no type like her ,only pipe of bras with oilgaskets in both ends ,, have open it the engine agin fore loks some wrong , like the gear part have be fit wrong way , but its correct fited bu t can`t see enything wrong, have see in the parts side ho this its fits together , so i dont now
@@TheFixitShed I removed once time and take a look , cleane the surface of oilpump/bearing cover and cylinder , fit together , start it up without the chain and chain guard, too i see oil comming out of the tube ,its okey now.. Thanks fore the feedback enywhere
The ryobi and Walmart black max 50cc are clones of the jonsered saws. But use Honda engines. Everything else looks almost identical if want try and keep an old jonsered saw going. Or swap jonsered parts onto the ryobi, black max saw.

Nope. There wasn't any when I took it apart, so I didn't use any when I put it back together. Seems ok.

Where to get new replace parts for this chainsaw?
Parts are geeting hard to come by. The fuel lines I got from the small engine shop down the street. Everything else I got off of eBay, I believe.

Yeah, I am really not sure. If the oil for the chain isn't coming out, either the pump isn't working, something is clogged, or it is out of oil.

what a pain ,not many people are going to disassemble their entire motor down to fix a stupid oil leak. this is extremely poor engineering on Jonesred
I am going to have to agree with you. I think they make good saws, but they could have made a better decision here.
@@TheFixitShed I have a Jonesred 2149 turbo. Very bad oil leak.
