    Hey mate, the thing is apparently I "rolled" my ankle a couple of weeks ago... Prior to the incident I didnt play football for almost a month since I had exams, but I play at quite high level and I need to recover really quick, the doctor gave a 1 week recovery time but its almost 3 weeks later and I can barely run. Any recovery tips?

    Do I need to have abs to feel from the glutes to the abs

      Everyone has abs its just whether or not you can see them or not it just depends on you body fat percentage so no you don’t need to see ur abs
