Thank you for making this. I feel like the FPV community has a love/hate relationship w/ DJI, but overall I feel like a lot of the experienced flyers are too harsh on the Avata. The Avata is great for beginners and you can honestly get a ton out of this drone before feeling the need to upgrade. I myself have never had the time to invest into learning the in's and out's of building a drone, the software that goes w/ it, etc. But the Avata truly is this all in one package that will get a ton of people into FPV, and at that end of the day that's what matters, right?

100% agree. Even like in my experience where I did do the whole process of building my own drones, learning how to solder and learning how to program and link to beta flight. I still prefer the avata. It’s just such a good drone that takes 0 startup work, just link and go. It’s hard to beat honestly, just strap a gopro up top and fly.

It’s a good review I wonder why you don’t have more views 😮

I bought dji Avata recently but I didn’t know that with this drone it’s not possible to shoot vertically for instagram 😢

Could I also use the pause button while in acro to let it hover?

You can switch the modes super quick to essentially pause acro mode and it will hover in place. It’s like a failsafe
