I remember, cried like a little girl because the pilot got wounded and he shat his pants when it all sunk in. To be fair, he came across well, but no need to cry. BTW, Yes I'm ex military and yes I've been at the sharp end and no i didn't cry ;)
EDD without a doubt you are one of the most talented men I've seen and Restorations the many tricks that you have set you apart from the rest I hope in the near future that you can share them with us again you have so much talent thank you very much for being a part of my week what I mean watching the show took so much away from my week stress and other things but please keep showing the talent that you have to all of your viewers and you many secrets two classic cars
Edd I think its Shocking that you are still waiting to collect your belongings, The people making the decision to keep you from your things etc should be ashamed of themselves. I am Behind you and your decisions all the way with the up most respect. All the best to you and the family.
Loved the Series...never missed one.....I have restored many, many high end sports cars myself and have learned several tidbits from your show that will come in handy.......wish you were still on...will follow you as long as I can.....have documented (pix) many of the restorations.... Best Of Luck and much success......Len
Keep up the good work Ed. You've been an Institution to the last 13 years. I hope to see you on new ventures in the near future. You are definitely right about the workshop scenes. I was watching o e of the season 13 episodes the other day and it was like the heart and soul had been ripped out of it. It doesn't go Into detail about how you fixes said items to put in the cars. That was half the enjoyment of it. It was such an informative show. And now velocity have completely americanised it like the same way the Grand tour went.
Ah Ed! Got the Workin at the car wash blues? Never mind millions love you and can't wait to see your next project. Keep your chin up and keep feeding us with your Great dedication and personality.
Just found your "ask Edd" series so first time to subscribe. So happy you are making progress to your own new show. Haven't found that announcement yet, but at least I am Locked in for the announcement. You are the best part of automotive tele these days. Rock on mate!
Nice to see doing a question and answer skit edd. They seem to take their time on getting your things together but at least your in a nice place. take care edd Taffy
The Master Edd China, just for you I saw almost every episode of jewelry on wheels, Has millions of fans of mechanics following it. We wait for your videos. A greeting and hug from Bolivia (South America) jejejejejejeeje
Hi Edd, I am from Trinidad in the Caribbean Islands , and I love watching your Wheeler Dealer shows. I've heard someone ask what kind of cars you love working on most and the least. My question is Have you ever worked on a car and couldn't repair or finish it and what kind of car was it. Great to see you back and moving forward. Thank you for all the great episodes.
Keep the videos coming Ed , hope they allow you to finally clear your gear out ( why it's taking this long ) . Hopefully you'll be back on our screens very soon doing what you do best . All the best pal
I think Edd pre-recorded this and he is probably home by now - loved the sofa trip to Brighton - its fab to have him back. Indeed cannot be wrong - 179k subscribers despite the Capri!
Dozens of new car shows- Every time I turn on the TV there is a show coming- And the one person that SHOULD have his own show doesn't. I watched a couple episodes of Grand Tour- Yeah, it's OK. If Edd was on that show, or any show, I would be watching it, recording it, buying the streaming episodes- It's not right that one of the very, very few true auto mechanics and a heck of a cool guy doesn't have his own show. Shoot- I'd even watch Fast and Loud if Edd was on it. I would just mute it if other people talked.
Edd plus Sam Lovegrove could be an interesting combo - either doing up some really old vintage vehicles or building crazy stuff that actually performs IRL (unlike Top Gear).
Ed i have a Z4 BMW, driver door in lock position you can still open it.. when lock automatically when driving off the actuator makes a loud clacking sound.. Help!!!
Hard to see a mechanic like you Ed, just cleaning/waxing BMW's. I don't understand why you don't choose to repair cars. There's a lot of work out there ! I've really enjoyed your tips to repair regular cars. Whatever you decide, after seeing your honest tips at work, you will do always a good job, even out of TV shows. If you wish to give repairing lessons in the "nearby" Paris (France), don't hesitate to contact me in private. I'll be glad to read something from you. Best regards from a youtube friend.
Hope you're doing well Edd and getting to enjoy some of the time off. Are there any owners of the cars you worked on that you keep in touch with? How have they been holding up since the fixes and improvements?
Edd, you should pitch the Beeb to do a top gear sister show - Top Gear Tech...you restore three or four classics over a season...all drive off on one of those long adventures.
Mark Evans should co host - both car nuts and turn their hands to anything. Even the the rally for 2019 would be a great programme. Get that vintage Cadi rolling.
My two favorite WD episodes were the 1970 Dodge Charger and the Bentley Mulsanne Turbo. What never made any sense to me in the Bentley film was when Brewer was looking for a "Roller". Brewer complains about the body work while looking at a Rolls and then goes inside and complains to the shop owner about the Rolls "mechanically shot".I reckon, China, that one of your most memorable comments will be of having a "Bull in the China Shop" when you y'all did the Lambo Urraco film
Hi Edd, Loved your show and I love reading these EDD1,2,3 I hope to see you in a new show soon. I have a technical question, I am going to have my car strippedby the dustless blaster guy and was wondering if you had any advice on what should I cover the bare metal with. The car has rust damage so I wanted to strip everything off so I can see where it needs to be repaired. So after stripping should I use a 2k primer or a metal etch or Rust Mort. Any comment would be appreciated. I am a total amateur. Thanks
I have got opel insignia 1.4T .I’ve got p0171 system is too lean ,unwilling accelation and minimal rough idle.is it possible to related to ignition coil ? ı really preciate that ıf you help me
Was that was the best one to date. I always like hearing about the behind the scenes of the show. I will add a comment that I much preferred the earlier shows for the technical depth that was showed to fans of the show much better than the later shows. Some of theater shows almost seem to take for granted some of the knowledge of fans. My best in the states was the Mustang GT. My favorite show overseas was The R33 drift car without a doubt. I can't wait to see what you have on the horizon. Dont make us wait to long.
Hi Edd, we are trying to fix the timing on our Humber Super Snipe series V (1965) we are restoring. Though might be a petrol problem with the carburettors' choke. Have you restored a Humber Super Snipe, nothing on You Tube that covers it.
Thanks Ed for staying connected with us!

Nuff said.
I remember, cried like a little girl because the pilot got wounded and he shat his pants when it all sunk in. To be fair, he came across well, but no need to cry. BTW, Yes I'm ex military and yes I've been at the sharp end and no i didn't cry ;)
No shame in crying at all.
Stephen300o I know mate. But it was funny.
King sorry to tell you mate but mike brewer owns a huge car dealership, look it up mike brewer motors
Chris Parkhurst why?
Edd should contact James May. They could come up with some very interesting content.
Yes - both of them interested in engeneering :)
To see a 2 hour video of a bolt ?
No thanks 😁
Netter He could better contact Chris Harris. Chris takes the car to the max untill it breaks, Edd fixes the car, and then Chris can f*** it up again 😁
Couldn’t agree more 2 Legendary Engineers!
Hey Edd, can you show your cars?
Get this man on Top Gear pronto! He's the only one that can save it.
That would be a good idea - Paul Hollywood = Clarkson, ED = May and Charlie Boorman (the mad one of the team) = Hammond, Job done.
YES. TG used to have 3 presenters who knew about cars. Now there's just one, and two idiots.
EDD without a doubt you are one of the most talented men I've seen and Restorations the many tricks that you have set you apart from the rest I hope in the near future that you can share them with us again you have so much talent thank you very much for being a part of my week what I mean watching the show took so much away from my week stress and other things but please keep showing the talent that you have to all of your viewers and you many secrets two classic cars
lokk on the bright side Edd, at least you got sunshine on this bank holiday!! lol
Edd I think its Shocking that you are still waiting to collect your belongings, The people making the decision to keep you from your things etc should be ashamed of themselves. I am Behind you and your decisions all the way with the up most respect. All the best to you and the family.
Edd... you're a legend. Really enjoy the new videos. Well done, good luck, and keep on trucking!
Can't believe you STILL haven't been allowed to take back your belongings!
eUK95 this was all recoded on the same day just been split up.
definitely think Edd should be on Top Gear
Tony Devey Top Gear would be smart to hire him but he should get his own show called Ed's Garage.
Tony Devey why? he's a mechanic. what would he do on TG? Different type of show..
dphotos
Ed and James may together on top gear 🤣 Jeremy's nightmare stories about spanners .
cheers for keeping in touch with your loyal army Ed . keep the vids coming
So smart. Knows his cars inside and out! Cheers!

I grew up in Costa Mesa up the road from there. Very nice area. Big fan of wheeler dealers when Edd was on the show in the UK.

Cracking good presentation Edd, and original too! More please 😀
the Capri! I will never let you forget that front wing spray can job! 😀 all the best mate
Andrew Moore it's an ongoing joke I have with Edd 😃
to be fair, that was way back in the early days when they had to buy AND repair car for £1,000 or less.
miamimo70 Edds besty 😂
Good stuff, Edd-& a sense of humor to boot..."working" at a dealership-when I bet he could easily own 1, lol!
EDD i can listen to you all day, the only part of wheeler dealers i liked was you fixing away, i've learned alot and want more garage videos
Humility is what distinguish Edd and Mike. You are a great person Edd!
Ah Ed! Got the Workin at the car wash blues? Never mind millions love you and can't wait to see your next project. Keep your chin up and keep feeding us with your Great dedication and personality.

I've just done my first video on a Freelander Clutch master slave cylinder replacement. I enjoy watching your videos
Edd, in the near future, you MUST absolutely create/design/customize a "Sleeper" car. That would be very very entertaining!!!!
I think Edd pre-recorded this and he is probably home by now - loved the sofa trip to Brighton - its fab to have him back. Indeed cannot be wrong - 179k subscribers despite the Capri!
Loving that Yellow BMW behind him
If only the grand tour would allow Edd to join...
Ishi Khan - That would be absolutely amazing!! 😀😀
Probably the best idea... ...in the world!

Ed i have a Z4 BMW, driver door in lock position you can still open it.. when lock automatically when driving off the actuator makes a loud clacking sound.. Help!!!

Edd, you should pitch the Beeb to do a top gear sister show - Top Gear Tech...you restore three or four classics over a season...all drive off on one of those long adventures.

Grande edd in Italia sei un mito...very important personality big big big

Mark Evans should co host - both car nuts and turn their hands to anything. Even the the rally for 2019 would be a great programme. Get that vintage Cadi rolling.

If Ed flew to Cally with BA , he's gonna have trouble coming back to Blighty ,lmfao !

I thought he already cleaned out his stuff from velocity and was back home in the UK??? I think his videos are being posted out of order?
I liked the Capri because it was honest sometimes it goes too technical
So Edd..You've Had to take a car detailing position to keep resident visa active? Top Work!
So much nicer that being in a trading estate in Slough .
