Great tutorial. Have you considered doing just a basic tutorial on music theory? The Go Keys seem like the ideal learning platform for that sort of thing.
Thanks for the great tutorials. Wouldn’t it be great if they could have a style composer like in the DGX670. I wonder if that would be possible in a Firmware update . This is about the only thing I think Roland didn’t squeeze into the Go Keys .
I don’t think Yamaha will ever add a chord sequencer like this into the DGX-670. However, any programmer can write a program to make a chord sequencer like this that would send MIDI to any instrument. All we need is the list of 300 chord progressions and rhythms that would go with those. That’s the biggest task - coming up with all the rhythms/styles.
